1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are factory located in Guangzhou province, China.
2. Can you provide free sample?
We provide existing samples for free, but freight will on your side. For customized sample, We will charge sample fee, after place actual bulk order, We will refund the sample fee.
3. Do you have any products in stock?
No. all boxes need to custom
4. What products do you mainly supply?
Various kinds of paper gift box / paper bag/ velvet box/jewelry box.
5. What is your delivery time?
For sample order, 5-10 days. For bulk order, generally 30 days, also depends on the quantity.
6. What's the payment term?
A: Payment by Western Union, TT or Money gram,30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.
